Phone or email us as soon as the issue appears. We send a roofing expert out within 14 days to look at it and put it right.
The guarantee is ours and it covers the scope of the work we did, for workmanship or product failure on materials we installed. It is not underwritten by a third party insurer, and we will tell you that up front rather than let you assume otherwise.
Full wording, in our own words: "the warranty covers the scope of work we did and covers replacement and/or repair due to workmanship or product/material failure installed by ourselves."
What we do
Houses, garages, extensions and conservatories. We do not do commercial or industrial work, and we do not fit solar.
Fully insulated replacement pitched tile and slate roofs. We also turn flat roofs into pitched tiled roofs, matching your existing tiles for colour and style.
Small repairs through to a complete replacement re-roof. Over 25 years of experience in all aspects of roofing.
Insulated flat felt and rubber re-roofs. We are specialist installers of EPDM rubber systems built to take 20 years of extreme weather. Suits new single storey extensions and garage roofs.
Complete uPVC roofline systems, uPVC gable ends and replacement downpipes, in a range of colours and styles. Once it is on you never need to repaint it.
Specialist finlock concrete gutter conversions to modern uPVC systems.
Fully insulated lightweight tiled warm roofs. They cut the temperature swings and the noise, and make the room usable through the year.

Getting a quote
Billy does the surveys and the quotes. He is named by name in six of the fourteen reviews further down this page, every time at the quote stage. He also comes back after the job to check you are happy.

Before you decide

We are a family run roofing and fascia company in Coventry, with over 25 years of experience across all aspects of roofing. The limited company behind the trading name, Chandler Home Improvements Ltd, was incorporated in October 2023 and its filings are up to date, so you can look us up in two minutes.
There is an office, a person who quotes, and separate roofing and roofline fitting teams. All of our teams are trained, experienced roofers, and health and safety legislation is adhered to on every job. We are fully insured.
